It’s truly a pleasure to write to you with such great news about the Milligan Bio Tech Diesel Fuel Conditioner & its performance found.
We recently were fortunate enough to begin our first test phase of the Diesel Fuel Conditioner on one our over the road semi tractor units. For reference the conditioner is being tested on a 2004 Freightliner Columbia sleeper tractor unit with a 60 series 12.7 liter Detroit Diesel engine. This tractor unit is equipped with twin 140 gallon fuel tanks. The freight lanes this semi regularly travels are the mountainous North West region of the United States.
After research & further guidance by the Milligan team we started our fuel conditioner test phase by adding one full liter of the DFC to each 140 gallon fuel tank on each filling at the pump. The use of double the suggested amount of DFC per tank initially we strongly feel enabled our fuel system to gain an added edge of performance by thoroughly flushing the DFC into our engine. We continued with the full liter per tank usage for three fillings at the pump then stepped down to the ½ liter per tank per fill at the pump. Outstandingly within 24hrs of the first use of the DFC we noticed a considerable decrease in the noise level of our diesel engine at idle & at normal operating RPM’s. What a great thing to know that our engine for the first time was being nourished with the much needed lubricity from the Milligan DFC in the fuel tanks, fuel lines, fuel filters, & ultimately the fuel injector system.
We were kindly educated by the Milligan’s team that we should expect to see performance & fuel economy increases a few weeks into the test phase. The Milligan team was exactly right…it did take some time for a consistent & very noticeable increase in both areas. Only after two full weeks of usage we can without a doubt say that we began to see a power increase at lower rpm ranges pulling mountains for long stretches. We were able to pull the 3% to 6% Grade Mountains in one full gear higher with no lugging and falling off of power. The loads I mention that we are pulling are in excess of 40,000 lbs.
Ultimately we were able to realize an increase of fuel economy with our semi unit after only 3-4 wks of usage of the Milligan DFC. This particular tractor unit averages 3300-3600 miles per week on the road. Prior to the DFC test phase we were realizing fuel economy numbers of 5.4 to 5.8 mpg. With the DFC we realized strongly & consistently an increase to an average of 6.5 to 6.9mpg. That is an overall increase on average of 25% in fuel economy!.....Just within 3-4 weeks of the first bottle of the DFC being poured into the tanks.
This is just the tip of the ice berg of the short & long term benefits we will realize by using the Milligan DFC product!

We drove a semi truck and trailer loaded with our race truck from Calgary, AB to Foam Lake, SK. We averaged 4.5 mpg and used the full tank of diesel. After filling with Milligan's Bio-diesel we averaged 5.7 mpg and used three quarters of tank of fuel, plus the semi’s engine ran quieter. We strongly recommend Milligan's Bio-diesel in all diesel vehicles.

Municipal Administrator Rodney Johnson of the Town of Norquay, SK said the town often spent $18,000 a year on calcium chloride, plus the cost of grader operations for dust control that didn’t work. Since switching to Milligan’s Road Dust Suppressant, the town’s annual dust suppressant cost has dropped to $12,000 and grader operations were greatly reduced.
“We have some road sections that already had two applications prior to 2007. So in 2007, we found we still had good dust control without a single treatment. That’s a big savings for the town. “The grain we are feeding this year is low bushel weight so we wanted to add some protein to the ration. We decided to try Milligan Bio-Tech’s Canola Meal but had some concerns about palatability. Those concerns were easily put to rest as the bulls took to the Canola Meal quickly.
